Handmade flax seed or rice heating pads for microwave heating measure approximately 13" x 6". They are made with two coordinating cotton fabrics and filled with flax seed or rice. We offer unscented, lavender essential oils scented or with mint essential oil. They are great for therapy, pain relief, muscle aches, menstrual cramps, inflammation or to warm your fingers or toes on a cold night. Put them in a bag in the freezer for 1-2 hours and they make a great cold pack as well.
These heat therapy packs are sewn in three sections to keep the filling evenly distributed. It wraps to form nicely in the areas you need help.
With all of the pretty colors available these microwaveable rice pads make a thoughtful gift for just about anybody. We do custom orders for special needs, colors or patterns, sizes or shapes. We can use rice or flaxseed as fillers. You can also request a custom order be scented with 100% pure essential oils. We have many scents available including our most popular lavender scent
